A requirement of the class is to create a class website. Most of the tools that are available from school districts are easy to use, "WYSIWYG" - what you see is what you get - interfaces. We'll use Google sites for this class. Here's what is required for your class assignment.

Create a class website that includes
at least 3 pages, 4 images, and 3 external links. The images must be copyright free and include the source. You would be best served by getting out your own camera and taking the pictures. The external links should not be "raw" links, but instead be hotlinked text that takes the user to relevant resources based on your content area.

Here's what you'll need to create a site in Google!

First of all, when you sign into to your Elmhurst College email, you'll see at the top of the page, the link to access Google Sites.

These videos will help with the step-by-step to create the site. Keep in mind that they were created for a school district. When we refer to the district, just transfer your thinking to the Elmhurst College domain.
